What Problem Did We Solve?

Real estate offices in Turkey were generally managing their listings with a patchwork of tools (Excel, WhatsApp groups). EmlakBase aims to centralize that process on a single platform, bringing together:

• Listing management
• Customer tracking (CRM)
• A listing-sharing network between offices
• SEO-friendly web page creation

all under one roof.

What Technologies Did We Build It With?

Backend: A REST API built on ASP.NET Core 8 following Clean Architecture principles.

Frontend: A hybrid SSR/SSG approach with Next.js 14. Full type safety with TypeScript.

Database: PostgreSQL on Supabase. Multi-tenant data isolation with Row Level Security (RLS).
