FootWars, currently in development, is a free PvP and PvE game where you read the wind, set your angle and power, and score in your opponent's goal on a destructible pitch.

FootWars: A New Game Bringing Artillery Games and Football Together Is on Its Way

Anyone who remembers artillery games knows the drill: factor in the wind, set the angle, nail the power and fire. FootWars is a new game that combines this classic formula with football. It's currently in development and will be in players' hands very soon.

How Do You Play?

Two players stand at opposite ends of the pitch, in front of their goals. When it's your turn:

  1. Read the wind. The indicator at the top of the screen shows the wind's direction and strength.
  2. Set your angle and power. Classic artillery controls; every shot is your own calculation.
  3. Fire. If the ball hits your opponent, it takes away health; if it goes in the goal, it's a goal.

Key Features

  • Angle and power: Simple but deep controls. The more you master them, the sharper your shots get.
  • Destructible pitch: Every shot blows a crater in the ground. The pitch changes every round; if there's no ground left, you fall.
  • Two ways to win: Drain your opponent's health or score three goals. Every round, you decide which way to go.
  • PvP and PvE: Duel real players or level up against bots.
  • Progression: As you level up, wind, skills and more unlock.

Which Platforms?

FootWars is being made for Android, iOS and web browsers, and it will be free.
